"The Blues" brings light to the many people coping with loneliness and mental health issues through drug use. Local and nationwide resources are provided at the end after readers traverse through the comic.

"Jigawa" explores neocolonialism in Nigeria (prevalent across the African continent) by China and how residents are reacting to it -- the creative counterpart to my senior thesis entitled "China’s economic partnership with Africa: Is the relationship neocolonial? Can this relationship be beneficial to the development of West African countries?" (Union College, 2021).
